What are your office hours?

M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm, We also schedule occasional Saturday appointments, please inquire with the receptionist.

What certifications do the physicians at the Spine and Pain Center hold?

All the physicians at the Spine and Pain Center have been Fellowship Trained in ACGME accredited Pain Management programs following their Residency training and are Board Certified in Pain Management by their respective Boards.

What type of pain conditions do you treat?

At the Spine and Pain Center of San Antonio we treat all painful conditions. Although low back pain and neck pain tend to be more common, we treat a variety of painful conditions. We treat various nerve pain, joint/muscle pain, and other chronic pain conditions.

What possible treatment and procedures does your clinic offer?

The physicians at the Pain and Spine Center of San Antonio use the most technologically advanced treatment modalities to treat our patients. We offer a comprehensive approach to managing your painful condition. This may include medication, procedures, exercise and therapy, medical devices and other modalities.

How do I refer a relative or friend for a consultation?

You may have your relative or friend contact us by phone (210-933-7246) or they may fill out our Request More Information Form.

If I have billing questions, who do I contact?

Please contact our billing company - Zotec Billing at 317-567-2191.

How do I get my medication refills?

Please ask your pharmacy to fax us a request for medication refills (fax line: 210-615-1905). Please allow 3-4 business days to process these requests. You may also call our refill line at 210-933-7246. Please be advised that we do not refill medications on Fridays or Weekends.

How does the Neuroscan help in the evaluation?

The Neuroscan assesses if there is any nerve irritability or damage. This information can be helpful in diagnosing medical conditons and directing future therapy.
