Our goal is to improve your quality of life by treating your pain and improving your functions, and at the Spine and Pain Center of San Antonio we take significant pride in providing all our patients with the most advanced and technologically advanced treatments to provide relief from your pain.

The Spine and Pain Center of San Antonio was founded by Dr. Dennis Karasek in 2005 to provide comprehensive pain management to our patients. Dr. Karasek has been joined by Dr. Stephen Dinger and Dr. Sergio Alvarado, and now with 3 Board Certified & Fellowship trained pain management physicians, the Spine and Pain Center of San Antonio is able to provide the highest level of care to San Antonio and its surrounding areas. We understand the significant toll that pain can take on your lifestyle, and will make every effort to provide effective, efficient and superior care in a confidential and personable manner.

All of our physicians are active in local, regional and national Pain Societies: including the Texas Pain Society (TPS), International Spinal Injection Society (ISIS), American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA), American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP).
